CONFIDENCE IN TEXTILES
The following articles have been tested according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 regarding a potential content of noxious substances:
mixed cotton, viscose, modal fabric with or without elastane, dyed with reactive dyestuffs, printed and finished fabric, available in different colours (already OEKO-TEX® Standard 100).
The tests carried out on the aforementioned articles have resulted in
Class I referred to newborn products: the products meet the human and eco friendly requirements being provided for by the above mentioned Standard.
The certified articles meet the requirements reported in the Exhibit XVII of REACH regulation (among them there is the utilization of azo dyes, nickel, etc.), as well as the American legislation requirements regarding the total lead content in children's articles, except for glass articles (CPSIA).
The nominee of this certificate, who has undersigned the Declaration of Conformity according to ISO 17050-1 Standard, has only to utilize the Oeko-Tex® mark concerning articles which comply with the samples which have originally been tested.
This authorization is valid until 18th December 2011
