	COMPANY - WHEREABOUTS From its birth, Centertex is situated in Carpi, near Modena, in an area mostly dedicated to the textile-clothing activity particularly to the knitting fabrics and clothing industry.   Famous all over the world, the Carpi District is a productive pole with a very high specialisation index: 1.600 productive units with 6.400 people in charge in the jersey compartment, 850 companies and 4.750 people in the clothing industry, with a global turnover of about 1.136.200 euros and an exporting share of 25%.   Besides the quantitative importance of the local production (6,5% of the textile national turnover), the activity of the district is characterized by the organization form originality, the articulated system of small independent companies and particularly by the link among finished clothing manufacturing and working suppliers on behalf of a third party.   So, besides their twenty-year experience, Centertex can count one of the best locations, in the centre of an area offering qualitative and prizing competitive products and highly innovative and flexible services.
	PRODUCTS Centertex founds its own activity on its rich tradition and culture in the textile field, its constant engagement in research and innovation, its capability to understand the market changes and tendencies, on a personal and close relation between customer and company and, finally, following every process from the project to the production till the quality check.   Centertex is a leader for the following fabrics: cotton, viscose, elastane. Customers can ask for projects of new fabrics or choose them among the samples-book availables.
	QUALITY CHECK Centertex pays a big attention to the qualitative check of its fabrics. Every product is subjected to different kinds of analysis by highly qualified technicians, always up-to-date, who use the most sophisticated and innovative technologies. A special label certifies that the fabric is according to the laboratory tests and that it satisfies the recognized judgement parameters.   The indoor and outdoor checks are carried out by the textile analysis laboratory "Studio Tecnico di Emilio Bonfiglioli" given credit by the authoritative ITS (Intertek Testing Services).   All the checks satisfy the textile main standard laws requests: from the national norm UNI or european EN, to the international ISO, the English BSI, the German DIN, the USA ASTM, AATCC, CFR, THE Japanese JIS.   The Centertex fabrics give us an absolute guarantee of quality, safety and reliability.
